School Psychologist

Mikia Kelly is the School Psychologist for the Chinn community. Mikia is a licensed School Psychologist with an Ed.S. in School Psychology from National Louis University. They bring over a decade of experience as a certified teacher and specializes in building emotionally regulated, growth-oriented learning environments. Mikia also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, grounding their work in both educational practice and organizational insight. Their current research and professional focus center on positive psychology, teacher wellness, and systems change in education.
