School Psychologist

Lauren Ragland serves as the school psychologist for the Tiffany Ridge, Hopewell, and Chinn communities. In her role, she supports students, families, and staff in a variety of ways throughout the week. She is a member of the school’s evaluation team, conducting assessments that guide appropriate programming and educational decisions. Mrs. Ragland also provides behavioral support within the school and collaborates closely with teachers and families to address the social-emotional needs of students.

Mrs. Ragland began her academic journey at the University of Central Missouri with a degree in special education. She earned a master's degree from the University of Kansas with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders. Mrs. Ragland went on to obtain her school psychological examiner certification and educational specialist degree from Missouri State University.
